Big thanks to Derek, Courtney, JoAnna and all the guys in the shop for taking care of my truck. Everything from filing my warranty claim to fixing my truck right the first time was great. Everyone was professional and very courteous. Thanks once again for making a bad situation (sick truck) stress-free!!

Came in for a transmission fluid service and left with a 9k quote for a new transmission and rear differential. Brought the car to another shop and paid 250$ for fluid change and car drives perfectly still. This shop seems to do some honest work with the reviews but I think you should take everything with a grain of salt. Definitely wouldn’t go back here for any work on my car.

Was making the drive back from Connecticut to Tampa. While Heading south on I-95 , we had some engine issues. So, I contacted the local Aamco in Fayetteville, N.C. And they said" bring it right in... we're waiting for your arrival. Courtney, Derek, Daniel and the rest of the staff went right to work to figure out exactly what the issue was. A bad ignition coil was the problem. Not only did they get the part I needed to get me back in the road within 2 hours, they stayed 2 hours after closing to ensure completion... so we could continue our journey home. They replaced all my spark plugs, went through the vehicle to ensure our safe travel back to Florida...as well as a list of small items the truck would need to continue to perform to optimum efficiency. When people talk about finding mechanics they can trust...let me put your fears to rest. The Aamco staff in Fayetteville go far beyond just repairs. They are a group of folks that put the word " Trust" back in the hearts of the everyday working man! By the way, the truck never ran so good. Our Sincerest thanks to you all! If you're having vehicle issues and your in the vicinity if Fayetteville N.C. stop in and see our friends at AAMC

****GIRLY POPS***** I’m literally just a girl, and when it comes to cars, I’m very much intimidated by mechanic shops. HIGHLY recommend this shop! Welcoming staff, great prices! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Courtney at the front desk and she did not make me feel like I was legit crazy with the details of my car issues. She was super knowledgeable and answered all questions. Very reasonable with scheduling and working around YOUR needs. Service: I needed a diagnostic. Two hours with a full run down of the issues and the keys back in my hand. The diagnostic was SO through, Derek even noticed tool marks from previous work I’ve had done. Handed me the full work up with recommendations! Without a doubt will be returning with any future problems/ vehicles!

Paid almost $600 for diagnostic. After speaking with Derrick he kept basically saying my engine was bad and needed to be replaced $17k quote. Removed car had it brought to another shop paid $300 for diagnostic replaced lifter cam shift was fine didn’t need replacement which was another thing I was told I needed. Total cost $3k car is driving like new. Please don’t let these people take advantage of you they act like they are looking out for the customers best interest but are not!! They lied and charged me for wires that they said they replaced and didn’t they’re well aware of what they’re doing. I would have never know if my mechanic didn’t point it out that they were still old! They did replace my transmission two months ago that seemed to go smooth reason why I went to them when I was have car trouble but I would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THEY DEFINITELY SCAM! Photo of wires I was charged $150 for the whole set cost $60 they changed one!
